We aim to get your PREPD Kit to you as quickly as possible so you can get festival-ready without the stress.

Processing Time: Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.
Carrier: All PREPD Kits are sent with Australia Post Tracked Shipping
Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 2–7 business days depending on your location (metro areas are faster)
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order’s on the way.
Shipping Areas: We currently ship Australia-wide.

Tip: Order early before major festivals — AusPost gets busy during event season!

We want you to love your PREPD Kit. If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:

Change of Mind: Due to the curated nature and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at enquiries@prepd.au within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
PREPD will provide a shipping label for the kit to be returned to 3/8B Evergreen Mews Armadale Vic, 3143 and a replacement kit will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Want a different kit? Send the original back and we will give you store credit for the amount of your original purchas.
The customer is to pay to ship the original to 3/8B Evergreen Mews Armadale Vic, 3143 whereupon PREPD will give credit to the amount of the original kit and the shipping fee.
