Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

PREPD accepts payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order if necessary (for example, due to stock issues or incorrect pricing). Any cancelled orders will receive a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

  • Once dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

  • Please double-check your shipping details — incorrect addresses may cause delays or incur redelivery costs.

4. Returns & Refunds

PREPD follows Australian Consumer Law in handling returns and refunds.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrect. 

Due to the personalised or curated nature of our products, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.

5. Third-Party Products

Some PREPD kits include products made by other trusted suppliers. While we carefully select and quality-check these, we don’t manufacture every included item.

For detailed information about ingredients, usage, or safety, please refer to the original supplier’s website or packaging.

6. Consumer Guarantees & Liability

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PREPD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

We do not warrant that our website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, images, and trademarks, belongs to PREPD or its licensors.

You may not reproduce or distribute any material without written consent.

8. Privacy & Security

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment data is processed securely — PREPD does not store credit card details.
